The competent and professional translator who has translated the text and/or document swears before the competent court that they have faithfully translated the entrusted text. The translator performing the translation is registered with the court or the relevant Chamber of Commerce as an expert or certified translator.
All translations by AMC can be sworn and certified at the Court. Sworn translations are the only legally valid form of certification (both in Italy and abroad) for a translation.
SWORN CERTIFICATION MINUTES AT THE LODI COURT
The “Asseveration” minutes is a document that will be attached to the translation to be sworn and sealed with the court’s stamp, then signed by both the translator and the court clerk.
